Thanks for joining me! I decided to get off my butt and get my mindset, skill, and gear to work together to make the changes i need to as Tim Kennedy says: “be hard to kill”
I have been a huge defender of personal choice and thought well just because I decide to carry a firearm every day I was safe and harder to kill. I found that my lack of physical strength and my weight continued to challenge that thought. I am on this journey for life and want to share where I am.
I started this change 7 weeks ago in late January of 2019. I am 6’2″ and weighed in at 307 pounds. After 6 weeks of a challenge at a local gym called Legion Fitness at the encouragement of a good friend of mine Rob, I lost 26+ Pounds weighing in at 281.
