Take some time away!

Now that the weather has become warmer, I have taken some time to relax as part of my weekly life. I crushed the 6 week challenge from Jan 28 – March 10, the goal was to loose 20 pounds and I weighed out at down 27. I continued to loose an additional 10 pounds through the end of April. I took some time away in May and relaxed a bit on the full meal plan.

I know what everyone is thinking, and yup your right! I have been maintaining a 5- 7 pound swing on my weight loss, and continue to feel great! I have been working to cut back on my alcohol intake to just some social events and limit things during the week. Most importantly, I don’t beat myself up when I get a bit derailed.
